When someone is drowning, do the following:

Call: Call for help loudly

Dial: Dial 119, 118, 110, or 112

Use: Use long objects (e.g., bambooand tree branches) to reach the drowning individuals

Throw: Throw floating objects(e.g., balls, ropes, and bottles) for the drowning individuals to climb on

Paddle: Paddle to the drowningindividuals by being in large floating objects (e.g., boats, lifebuoys,driftwood, and torpedo buoys) to save the individuals
