“119 Report” Application

How to use the “119 Report” application (hereinafter referred to as app)?
First, please download the119 Report app produced by the National FireAgency.
Step One: After opening the app, theuser needs to enable location access, read the application's terms of use andimportant information, and pressagree.
Step Two:
Set up personal information andemergency contact information. The reporting system will send out thisinformation with location data. You can also enter the information of fiveemergency contacts! After finish inputting the information, you can enter themain reporting screen.
I have an incident to report! Howdo I use the app?
Press the report buttons accordingto the type of the case, such as “fire” or “medical emergency”, andstart voice reporting.
Note:
1.Please provide the correct name andmobile phone number of the notifier.
2.Please briefly describe theincident.
3.Please provide the address of thescene or describe obvious landmarks.
4.Please turn on mobile phonelocation access and internet access functions.
5.If your mobile phone has no signal,please directly call 112 to report an incident.
I’m hearing impaired or hard to hear! How do I use the application?
You can report to 119, the Fire Department, via text message. The systemautomatically puts together the stringsof characters in the text messageto let firefighters determine information relevant to the case, such as casetype and address. There is also the choice to notify emergency contacts at thesame time.
After sending the report, thesystem will respond with the reporting status and relevant information to note.
